In 2014, Dayu Company and CNOOC Hubei Dayukou Chemical Co., Ltd. cooperated with the high-voltage frequency conversion energy-saving transformation contract energy management project kicked off. At the beginning of 2015, the project was successfully completed and put into production. The actual energy-saving effect was significant, which greatly reduced production energy consumption, saved a lot of power investment for users, and achieved the expected goal of contract energy management.

　　This project is mainly to carry out frequency conversion energy-saving transformation of two pumps in the circulating water system of Dayukou Chemical's phosphoric acid workshop. The motor powers are 380kW and 550kW respectively. The transformation work includes civil construction, electrical equipment installation and commissioning, etc. In order to optimize the system and expand the effect of energy saving and emission reduction, Dayu Electric and Dayukou Chemical reached a contract energy management cooperation agreement, and the overall system transformation was led by Dayu Electric. In order to ensure the normal operation of users, the construction of the project renovation project is arranged during the overhaul of the user's equipment, which has heavy tasks, tight time and high requirements. In order to build the project into a high-quality project, Dayu company appointed the project leader to be stationed on site to personally direct, coordinate and solve on-site problems in time, grasp the progress of the project, account for safety, technical and other precautions, and make the project strictly follow the project design drawings and The construction plan was carried out to ensure that the installation of frequency conversion equipment was completed on schedule.

Through the monitoring of actual operating data for half a year, it is found that the operating currents of the two pumps before the transformation were 35A and 47A, and the valve openings were 48% and 40%, respectively. After the frequency conversion transformation, the actual operating currents were only 27A and 30A, and the valve openings were only 27A and 30A. Both are 100%. The monthly electricity consumption of users has been reduced from 528,400 kWh before the transformation to the current 373,500 kWh. After the frequency conversion transformation, the overall energy saving rate has reached 29.3%. The energy-saving effect has far exceeded the expected effect, and the user's production cost has been significantly reduced. Demonstration project for users to save energy and reduce consumption.
