On the platform of its own capabilities, the company held a competitive selection of reserve cadres for middle-level managers on November 15, 16, and 29, 2014.

  This time, we adopted an open competition for all employees, using the Internet and WeChat platform to publish a competition proposal and a competition plan. Employees voluntarily sign up to participate in competition speeches and defenses, and then an evaluation team composed of the current board of directors and senior management personnel. Scoring and review of competitive speakers, speeches and defenses, in addition to the evaluation and recommendation of grass-roots employees' opinions, after comprehensive evaluation, the company will appoint in installments according to operational needs.

  The innovative competitive recruitment method greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the employees. As soon as the news was sent out, employees from various departments enthusiastically signed up. A total of 45 employees participated in this competitive recruitment.

  After 1 month of meticulous preparation, 45 employees took the stage one by one, showing each of them wonderful speeches and replies. Through the knowledge of the job position and the idea of ​​how to carry out the work after the successful competition, they analyzed in depth and other aspects. The development prospects of individuals and the company, at the same time, also put forward a lot of valuable suggestions for the company. It expresses the employees' full enthusiasm for work and ardent expectations for the company, which fully reflects the strong overall strength and cohesion of Dayu.

  With the successful completion of the first two stages of the competition speech defense, the company will carefully conduct a comprehensive inspection of every employee participating in the competition in the later stage, and carefully build the company's reserve cadre pool.
