On April 27th, Xu Liquan, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and deputy director of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee, led a special research group of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to conduct research at Dayu Electric Company on "promoting the improvement of the social security system and care service system for people with disabilities.".

Members of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Special Research Group, including Wang Hongling, Zhang Xingkai, Zhou Hanmin, He Rong, Yang Junri, and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Wang Xingyu, participated in the research.           Wang Yihua introduced that Dayu Electric Company is a national high-tech enterprise and a welfare enterprise in Xiaogan City. The company has placed 170 disabled employees in its highest year, and currently has 110 disabled employees, distributed in positions such as management, back office, workshop, cafeteria, greening, and hygiene. The company has provided a large number of employment opportunities for disabled individuals, alleviating social pressure to a certain extent and benefiting disabled individuals and their families. It has made certain contributions to the employment of disabled individuals and social harmony and stability. It has successively won honors such as National Advanced Collective for Disability Assistance, National High tech Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, China Famous Trademark, National Specialized and New "Little Giant" Enterprise, National Model Worker Home, National Double Love and Double Evaluation Advanced Grassroots Trade Union, Hubei Province Disabled Employment Demonstration Base, Hubei Province Disabled University Student Employment Internship Base, Hubei Province Disabled Civilization Number, and Hubei Province Labor Relations Harmony Enterprise.

Wang Yihua also introduced the relevant measures taken by the company to ensure the rights and interests of people with disabilities. One is to establish and improve a service management organization for disabled employees.
