On February 21, 2023, the "National Conference for Commending Advanced Private Enterprises in Employment and Social Security and Caring for Employees," jointly organized by the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the All China Federation of Trade Unions, was held in Beijing. Sub venues were set up in all provinces, cities, and districts across the country.

The conference commended and awarded enterprises and individuals who have been awarded the titles of "National Advanced Private Enterprise in Employment and Social Security", "National Advanced Enterprise Trade Union in Double Love and Double Evaluation", "National Excellent Private Entrepreneur in Caring for Employees", and "National Excellent Employee in Loving Enterprises".

Dayu Electric Union has been awarded the title of "National Double Love and Double Evaluation Advanced Enterprise Union", which is the only enterprise union in Hubei Province to receive this honor. Peng Jiu'an, the chairman of the company's trade union, attended the award ceremony at the Wuhan branch, and Hu Jiawen, the vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, presented the award.
