On the morning of October 28th, the 2025 Xiaogan Disabled Persons' Vocational Skills Competition, jointly organized by the Xiaogan Disabled Persons' Federation and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and co organized by Dayu Electric Company, kicked off at Hubei Vocational and Technical College. The event set up 7 competition items, including photography art, text processing, data processing, blind massage, flower arrangement, Paper Cuttings, nail care, and 65 disabled technical experts from 7 representative teams in all counties (cities, districts) of the city participated in the competition. Our disabled employee Xia Wei participated in a text processing competition.

Xia Wei, with his excellent professional skills and fierce competition, won the first place in the personal excellence award, fully demonstrating the hardworking and positive spirit of Dayu Electric's disabled employees.

At the same time, a special job fair for disabled people was also set up at the competition venue. Our company set up recruitment booths at the event site to help provide employment opportunities for disabled people. More than ten disabled people registered their employment information on site.

As an advanced collective in supporting and assisting the disabled nationwide, Dayu Electric has been providing employment opportunities for hundreds of disabled people throughout the year.
