After the launch ceremony of the publicity and education activities, Cheng Wu, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation, led a delegation of more than 50 people from the entire province's Disabled Persons' Federation system to conduct research at Dayu Electric, accompanied by Vice Mayor Shi Bicheng of Xiaogan. The company's Chairman Wang Yihua, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Party Secretary Li Guojun, and General Manager Wang Qin were warmly welcomed by leaders.

Wang Yihua introduced that Dayu Electric Company is a national high-tech enterprise and a welfare enterprise in Xiaogan City. The company has placed 170 disabled employees in its highest year, and currently has 110 disabled employees, distributed in positions such as management, back office, workshop, cafeteria, greening, and hygiene. The company has provided a large number of employment opportunities for disabled individuals, which has alleviated social pressure to a certain extent and benefited people with disabilities and their families. It has made certain contributions to the employment of people with disabilities and social harmony and stability. Wang Yihua also introduced the relevant measures taken by the company to ensure the rights and interests of people with disabilities. The fifth is to treat welfare benefits equally. Six is to provide skill training and annual regular physical examinations for disabled employees, and strengthen their disability prevention work.
